Day 1. MARVELOUS KYIV
Arrival in Kyiv. Meeting with tour guide.
General tour around Kyiv: the mighty, marvelous city in all it's beauty. Podil, Pechersk, Lypky, the picturesque banks of the Dnipro, and Maidan Nezalezhnosti – the heart of Kyiv and all of Ukraine.
Check-in at hotel or apartment.
Historic Kyiv close up. The Golden Gates, St. Sofia Cathedral, the Kyiv citadel “whence came all the land of Rus”, Andriyivskiy Uzviz and St. Andrew’s Church.

Day 2. CULTURAL & SPIRITUAL UKRAINE
Pyrohovo: how to visit all of Ukraine in two hours. Here you can visit the ancient homes that are typical of each of the country’s regions, where cultural traditions and customs were preserved.
Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra is one of the first and most revered of the ancient Rus monasteries. Over the centuries, it was the spiritual center for orthodox Christians.
The Museum of Historical Treasures and of Micro-Miniatures. Transfer to central train station.
Overnight train to Lviv (coupe).
Day 3. THE PICTURESQUE CARPATHIANS
Drohobych is a mid-sized town rich in history, with the original ancient church of St. Yura, which today is under UNESCO ptotection.
Truskavets and Skhidnytsia are resorts offering mineral waters and surrounded by the grand and green Carpathian Mountains.
Tustan is the only remaining cliff-top fortress in Eastern Europe and one of the most magical places in the Carpathians.
Transfer to Lviv. Overnight in hotel or apartment.
Day 4. OLD LVIV
Sightseeing tour of Lviv, the historic city with an eternally young heart and real European spirit.
Lviv is a unique combination of Western and Eastern cultures. Where else one can see such wonderful samples of Ukrainian, Polish, Armenian, Jewish, German, Austrian and other cultures within a span of a 10-minute walk? This city is a hidden pearl of Europe, which is slowly being discovered by the world. Even experienced travelers say that for them Lviv is one of the most unexpected discoveries.
Our gift to you is lunch in one of the typical local “kneipe” or cafe.
Walking tour of the center of the city where you will get to know the spirit of Lviv and of it's large number of wonderful buildings and monuments.
Day 5. THE LAND OF CASTLES AND FORTRESSES
Zolochiv is a proper 16-17th cc. fortress, complete with a bastion, towers and earthen ramparts, as well as Grand and Chinese Palace.
Pidhirtsi is a vast 17th century palace of remarkable beauty, which played the part of the Louvre in the film, The Three Musketeers.
Olesko is the birthplace of Polish kings and the first castle museum housing a collection of sculptures, furniture, carpets and paintings.
